Root & Receive - Midwinter Retreat on the Isle of Skye

Updated: Jul 16

A sacred two day winter retreat of slow ritual, embodied movement and creative rest.

Rest, receive and return to yourself

As the days grow short and the land draws inward. Root & Receive is an invitation to step out of the rush of the season and into stillness – to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body, spirit and creativity.

Over two days, you’ll move gently through yoga and mindful movement, find quiet in meditations, drift off on a sound journey, drink cacao in community, embrace Skye’s wild elements and let the rhythm of ceremony and ritual guide you back to yourself.

Availability: Just 10 spaces available Location: Isle of Skye Candles Visitor Centre, Portree, Skye
